1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Only what it takes to get your order to you:

• name and phone number, to confirm and deliver the order,
• delivery address, if you choose delivery,
• email address and a hashed password, only if you open an account,
• the contents of your order, the amount, and any notes you write,
• for a table booking: name, phone, date, time and number of guests,
• technical data: session and cart cookies, and your chosen language and theme.

3. What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number, expiry date or CVV. Online card payment happens entirely on the bank's page. If you save a card for next time, we keep only the opaque reference the bank gives us and the last four digits, so you can tell your cards apart.

We do not collect your precise location and we do not set advertising trackers.

4. Why we process it

• to perform the contract: cook, confirm and deliver your order,
• to meet legal obligations: tax and accounting records,
• for our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and keeping the service working,
• with your consent, if you ever sign up for news. We do not currently send marketing email.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It reaches only the services the site cannot run without:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting,
• Neon Inc. — database, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU),
• Ameriabank CJSC — card payment processing,
• Google LLC — the embedded map and the public reviews shown on the site,
• the courier — your name, phone and address only, and only for that delivery,
• Armenian public authorities — only where the law requires it.

6. Where it is stored

The database is in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Some providers are incorporated in the United States, so data may be processed outside Armenia under standard contractual protections.

7. How long we keep it

• order records: 5 years, as Armenian tax law requires,
• account details: until you ask us to delete the account,
• table bookings: one year after the visit,
• session cookies: until you sign out or they expire.

8. Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Personal Data you may:

• ask what data we hold about you and get a copy,
• have incorrect or incomplete data corrected,
• ask us to delete data we no longer need,
• object to processing, or ask us to restrict it,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what came before.

9. How to exercise them

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: your cart, your sign-in session, your chosen language, and light or dark theme. There is no advertising or analytics tracking, which is why you see no consent banner.

The embedded Google map may set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy.

11. Children

The Elie's Lahmajun site is not intended for independent use by anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
